These SMS Terms describe the text-messaging program operated by Weyant Staffing LLC ("StaffSimple," "we," "our," or "us"), 739 Mermaid Avenue, Pacific Grove, CA 93950. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Program description
StaffSimple operates a transactional SMS program that delivers operational notifications related to your use of the platform — including timekeeping submissions and confirmations, supervisor approval requests and status updates, CRM note logging confirmations, and account alerts. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
2. Consent / opt-in
You opt in by providing your mobile number and affirmatively checking the SMS consent box on our opt-in page, during account registration, or in onboarding paperwork. The disclosure you agree to reads:

Message frequency varies, up to 10 msgs/week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Consent is not a condition of employment or service.

4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. StaffSimple does not charge you for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you based on your plan.
5. Help and opt-out
- Reply HELP at any time for help and contact information.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. To opt back in, reply START.

6. Carriers and delivery
Messages are delivered through third-party carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed.
7. Eligible numbers
U.S. mobile numbers are supported. You must be the account holder or authorized to use the number you provide. Landlines and VoIP numbers may not receive messages reliably.
8. Privacy
Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
